6 AM- 6 PM

Work: Every Thursday, Friday, Saturday and every other Wednesday

Job Summary:

Responsible for accurately receiving material from vendors, dispensing materials properly to appropriate area, ensuring material transfers are completed in a timely fashion, making certain manufacturing has the materials needed and accurately completed cycle counting. Accurately input data into SAP and updating all required paperwork. Candidate must be forklift certified and have working knowledge of SAP or willingness to be trained in SAP.

Reporting Relationship:

This position reports directly to the Warehouse Team Leader.

Essential Tasks:

Documents results of inspection according to Standard Operating Procedures. Performs clerical tasks in the SAP which could include inventory checks and basic work. Interacts with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, Quality, Inventory Coordinator, and Outside Vendors. Receive & sign for deliveries from UPS, FedEx, and other vendors. Keeps abreast of the basic requirements for compliance in own area of work and complies with those requirements. Participates as required in training on regulatory issues affecting own area of work. Have the ability to back-up Team Leader. Perform inspections on trailers that are received during the weekend and off-hours. Perform Loader duties when required. These duties are but not limited to loading direct shipments, live loads, and load shuttle trailers. Pull film for production.



Job Qualifications:

Essential knowledge, skills, abilities and experience:

  • High School, technical school education or equivalent.
  • SAP Experience or willingness to be trained in SAP.
  • Basic math skills
  • Basic telephone etiquette skills.
  • Ability to perform analysis rapidly and accurately.
  • Ability to have attention to detail and documentation.
  • Ability to maintain company standards.
  • Ability to work individually or as a team.
  • Mental alertness to identify problem areas through predetermined methods.
  • Ability to interpret, understand and follow detailed procedures.
  • Ability to retain numbers.
  • Ability to be organized.
