Job Description:

Receiving in all inventory (parts, raw materials, etc.) and making sure inventory is accurately reflected.  Working with Buyer to ensure inventory control. Serves as a second check of verification.

• Monitors current inventory levels; tracks orders and investigates problems.
• Performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports
• Receives, unpacks, and delivers goods; re-stocks items as necessary; labels shelves.
• Works with buyer as Needed
• Processes and documents returns as required.
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
• Assists warehouse with daily cycle counts of raw materials
• Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including transfers and cycle counts
• troubleshoot quantity discrepancies between stock and records
• Develop and implement improvements to existing operational procedures to maximize efficiency and cut operations costs

• High School diploma or equivalent, Associates preferred
• Office Suite, Excel, Word
• Knowledge of supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering and inventory control.
• Ability to reconcile stock counts to report data.
• Ability to drive a forklift is a plus.
• Database management skills.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems.
• Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork.
• Ability to receive, stock, and/or deliver goods.
• Microsoft Office
• Database Management Skills and MES systems requires required, SAP and/or Maximo experience preferred.
• Superior organizational and communication skills.
