As part of the TreeHouse Reliability and Maintenance Systems Center of Excellence Team, the SAP PM Lead will help the overall organization to more effectively transition to SAP PM for Maintenance as well as, unleash the power of having all Maintenance Organizations on the same CMMS system, following the same business process flows, standardizing data capturing, measuring performance, and providing key ongoing user training. The SAP PM Lead will actively support all TreeHouse Manufacturing locations, engage directly with Corporate IT, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Finance organizations as well.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide clear leadership, support, and expertise in the evolution of SAP PM at a plant location. This includes support and guidance at the preliminary phases of launching SAP PM through development and up to Go-Live. Strong leadership in initial training. Leadership and expertise in ongoing care and use of SAP PM to drive Reliability and Maintenance Systems excellence.
  • Develop and maintain the standard business process flows for SAP PM and MM, specifically that drive consistent use of system by key users: Maintenance Planners, Maintenance Storeroom, Maintenance Leadership, Hourly Tradespeople, and Non-Maintenance Business Partners.
  • Lead the deployment of and adherence to the SAP PM Gold Standard as the ”standard” CMMS maintenance program network wide.
  • Convert existing CMMS (SAP, MP2, JDEdwards, Maximo, Fiix) knowledge and known best practices into one “TreeHouse” system driven by SAP PM.
  • Develop and Lead an auditing process that ensures that established standards and business process flows are being adhered to and followed
  • Continue to grow the SAP PM Community of Practice.
  • Develop, deploy and manage an effective method of sharing best practices.
  • Lead pertinent alignment activity with other network groups that will need to effectively interface with SAP so that a strong asset information program can be populated. User Groups may include: Sanitation, Environmental, Utility Systems, 3rd-Party, etc.
  • Provide Training expertise to key SAP PM system users. Maintain an up to date library of all supporting documentation.
  • Partner with IT to innovate and develop new technology that enhances or improves the effectiveness of all reliability and maintenance systems.
  • Be the owner and driver of key SAP PM Systems enhancement needs that may arise. Partner with IT to rectify system enhancement needs. Ultimately, develop and own the implementation of a TreeHouse long-term SAP strategy for advancements of day-to-day operations and processes.
  • Own and constantly enhance Maintenance KPI data, formulas, and extraction consistency
  • Master Data owner and gatekeeper for SAP PM
  • Seek to align and enhance SAP MM Storeroom Master Data and Parts Naming Standards

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities (List all required):

  • Must be an excellent change agent who is skilled in pacing, sequencing and communicating change 
  • Must be skilled at influencing others
  • Must be very skilled in communicating at different levels of the organization from front line hourly employee to Business Division Vice Presidents.
  • Must be a patient and keen listener and able to engage employees on the manufacturing shop floor.  Capable of assessing talent and culture in a manufacturing setting.
  • Must be able to take complex tasks, methods and concepts and present them in simple terms so that stakeholders with varying skills and knowledge can grasp the information and put it to practical use.
  • 8+ years’ experience using Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point, etc.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Able to balance and advance multiple priorities an one time
  • Familiar with ARIBA Purchasing System; preferred
  • Related SAP PM Certification; preferred
  • CI/Lean experience; preferred

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree Required – Type: Engineering, Science, IT

Minimum Experience Preferred (Number of years and type):

  • Minimum of 10-15 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment; preferably food manufacturing.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience having been in a maintenance leadership and/or maintenance planning role
  • Minimum of 10 years in related SAP PM configuration, development, and training environment
