Principal Responsibilities:

Assign work, analyze productivity, workflow, methods and procedures, making recommendations to management as appropriate.

Enforce all company policies and plant rules, to include but not limited to problem solving, development and implementation of standard operating procedures.

Examine production schedules and estimates worker hour requirements for completion of job assignment.

Recommend measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product.

Manage inbound and outbound loads of stock, tanking and brine making areas.

Back up wastewater operator (Grade 1)

Daily / Periodic Tasks

Inspects products to verify conformance to specifications and directs setup and adjustments as needed.

Interprets company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations.

Administer discipline, corrective action and coaching as needed.

Create a work environment that promotes respect and supports company values.

Confers with other Supervisors to coordinate activities of production requirements.
